Steve Martin, Director of Strategic Sales
Since taking on the position of Director of Strategic Sales over the western U.S. in September 2002,
Steve Martin has been servicing strategic accounts and working toward building a team to expand his
efforts. Preparing for the position, Martin logged 12 years in the electronics industry, starting in
inside sales with a passives manufacturer. This position led to a five-year tenure with TTI where, as
a Strategic Account Manager, Martin grew the Sanmina account from $500,000 to $16 million in just two
years. From TTI, Martin was recruited to conduct global negotiations with franchised and independent
suppliers as Solectron´s Lead Manager for Worldwide Distribution, where he served two years before
joining America II. Martin holds a B.S. from Colorado State University.
