Rick Kauchak, Director of OEM Sales
Three years' experience in distributor and OEM sales with America II prepared Rick Kauchak for
promotion to Selling Manager in 1995. Over the next three years, Kauchak maximized this role to
enhance the selling capabilities of his team while continuing to conduct his own daily sales
activities. In 1998, Kauchak called on this experience to step into the position of
Non-selling Manager/Trainer where he engineered America II University, the company's
comprehensive training program, and positioned himself as mentor and manager to new
America II personnel. Leading into 2001, Kauchak was promoted to Director of OEM Sales,
which he has since balanced with recruiting for the company and maintaining the America II University program.
