Bruce Bayless, Director of Purchasing
Since joining America II Electronics in 1993, Bruce Bayless has climbed the
ranks from Sales Representative to Sales Manager and now Director of Purchasing.
In his five year-tenure as a Sales Manager, Bruce produced the company's "Rookie
Sales Representative of the Year" three years in a row. He also helped implement
internal system improvements aimed at maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness
of America II's sales force. With his promotion to Director of Purchasing in
January 2005, Bruce will widen his perspective from the sales side of America II's
business to the entire supply chain as he oversees order fulfillment and stock
replenishment. Aided by a 25-person team, he says he'll "continue outworking the
market for the best deals and rely on hard work" and his passion for success to get
the job done.
