Aris Rogers, CFO and Treasurer
Aris Rogers joined America II in June 1993 as Controller and assumed the responsibilities
of CFO in September of the same year. Prior to joining America II, Rogers worked with
Ernst & Young, most recently as a Senior Financial and Information System Auditor. With
America II, Rogers takes responsibility for financial and budgetary reporting, banking and
credit relationships, tax strategy, treasury, and risk management. Rogers also played an
integral role in the implementation of America II's corporate-wide ERP software system.
Rogers is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA and a BS degree in accounting
from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
